Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return eligibility of a product is mentioned on the product page and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. If a pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Note for Returns

• The item must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should be returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product has passed the quality check.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6-8 business days.
