Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility Conditions

Items must be:
 ✔ Unused & unworn
 ✔ Unwashed
 ✔ Undamaged
 ✔ With original tags & packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Final sale/discounted items
❌ Innerwear/accessories (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Items damaged after delivery

 

Wrong / Defective / Damaged Products

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within
  • We will inspect & arrange replacement/refund if valid

Reverse pickup may be arranged where possible.

 

Customer-Initiated Returns

Return shipping may be borne by the customer (unless defective).

 

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment mode.

 

Order Not as Expected

Please contact us — exchanges/returns will be considered case-by-case.


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

6–8 working days after approval.
