Return and Refund

At Effortless Fashions, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged

Returned with original tags and packaging intact


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale or discounted items

Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged after delivery


4. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Our team will review and verify the issue

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated

Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible


5. Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns not related to defects or errors, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer


6. Order Not as Expected

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
Requests for return or exchange will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


7. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process


Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 6–8 working days to the original payment method
